Kettle Falls Police Officer
The City of Kettle Falls has an immediate opening for a Police Officer with the City of Kettle Falls Police Department. Applications will be submitted to the Kettle Falls Civil Service Commission to establish an eligibility list for Entry Level and Lateral Entry Police Officers. Applications must be accompanied with a resume. Applications must be submitted by July 9, 2026. Salary Range: $72,960 -$87,448 DOE Benefits: Vacation, Sick Leave, WA State Retirement, Medical and Dental Insurance.

BUSINESS LICENSE
Kettle Falls is a great place to do business and we are here to help you succeed. Before buying or leasing a building, make sure it is located in the proper zone. Obtain the proper building permits for any new construction, remodeling or signs. A business license is required for anyone doing business in the City limits. Business licenses must be renewed by January 31st each year to avoid a monthly late fee.
Business licenses are now applied for through the Washington State Department of Revenue and the Washington Secretary of State.
LIBRARY COMMUNITY ROOM RENTAL FORM
THE LIBRARY IS NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS. THE KITCHEN IS ALSO AVAILABLE. ALL RENTERS MUST FOLLOW LOCAL HEALTH MANDATES.
Renters may make reservations up to two months in advance. All reservations are subject to room availability. Events may be held in the Community Room: during and outside of Kettle Falls Public Library business hours, weekends, and holidays.
City Hall manages all reservations. Reservations can only be made if the rental fee is paid in full and the room rental agreement is signed.

KETTLE FALLS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN 2020
This is an update of the 2014 Kettle Falls Comprehensive Plan. This plan includes an introduction, and 8 elements addressing specific topics required by GMA, and a series of appendices. The focus of this plan is the goals, policies, standards, and plan maps that will guide the city government's actions over the next 10-20 years.
